First, I would like to say that I am not affiliated with Nerium International (NI) in any way. I have knowledge of the Nerium International opportunity and I also know a few people involved with NI. I am just sharing my knowledge of NI with everyone. You can feel comfortable in knowing that what you read is a completely honest review.

Their product is in the Anti-aging and Skincare industry.

How Nerium International Compensation Plan Works

With Nerium there are multiple ways you can earn money. Whether you are someone that is looking to join and make a few hundred dollars, or you are the serious network marketer looking to make a global residual income Neruim has a plan for you.

• First are retail sales profits- you can earn up to 35% profits when you buy and sell to a customer.
• Second is personal customer commission’s. With this you can earn 10%-25% on your retail and preferred customers when they place their orders online, by phone, or by auto ship. Obviously the more customers you have the more money you are going to make.
• Third is with their Success Pack Bonus. Where you can earn $50-$150 when you sale a success pack to a new brand partner. The bigger the teams you build the more you are going to earn on each sale, and these are paid every single week. You can also earn money when your team sales a success pack to a new brand partner.
• Forth is what’s called a Weekly Promoters Pool and you can earn shares up to 2% of their global sales, when you sale their Success Pack and enroll new brand partners.
• Fifth are the Team commissions. You can earn up to 10 levels deep on your team members commission sales. This is where you can build a serious residual income.
• Sixth is the Coaching Commissions where you could earn up to a 10% bonus on your personally sponsored brand members earnings.
• Seventh is with the Leadership development bonus. Where you could earn an additional bonus of 1%-3% on you entire organization.
• If that’s not enough… You can also qualify for the Lexus car bonus, where you could earn $500-$1000 monthly bonus to make your payment on any Lexus you want.

The company has a great product and a great compensation plan. Also with the help and background of the co-founder Jeff Olsen, I really think that this company could be a leader in the Skincare Industry.

10 Things Your Dog Would Tell You If It Could Talk

1. My life is likely to last 10 to 15 years. Any separation from you will be painful: remember that before you get me.

2. Give me time to understand what you want of me.

3. Place your trust in me-it is crucial to my well being.

4. Do not be angry at me for long, and do not lock me up as punishment.

9. Before you scold me for being uncooperative, obstinate, or lazy, ask yourself if something might be bothering me. Perhaps I might not be getting the right food, or I have been out too long, or my heart is getting to old and weak.

10. Take care of me when I get old; you too will grow old. Go with me on difficult journeys. Never say: “I cannot bear to watch” or “Let it happen in my absence.” Everything is easier for me if you are there, even my death. Remember that I love you.

BUILDING INTO YOUR WARM MARKET

Contrary to what some “internet gurus” and “hype mongers” will have you believe, it is critical to build your business with your warm market. It is far easier to build into your warm market simply because people will already know, like and trust you.

Your warm market contacts will take a look at what you have if you approach them in the right way, and the TIMING is right for them. TIMING will also determine when they start.

If you are a highly influential and credible person then people will look at the business because you tell them to. The more influential and credible business you have join your team, the faster your business will grow.

WARNING:
The only reason why you WOULD NOT approach your warm market is that you do not yourself have total belief and confidence in the business yet. You may think you will embarrass yourself with your contacts, you feel you want to protect your business credibility and you may have issues about moving forward in your own mind.

You cannot influence whether the timing is right or wrong you can only influence the number of people you invite to take a look, and how many times to approach them.

With the internet and social media using sites like Facebook, Skype, Linked In, Ecademy, YouTube, just to name a few, it has become much easier to find and connect with people you know (from the past and present).

Most people start part time and if you are one of those part timers than bring you’re “A” game, don’t let TV get in your way. You must pay the price if you want the success.

#4- Must have a burning desire- if you don’t have a burning white hot desire than you should just forget it. Because you are going to have to trade your days and time for this business to be successful and when you have a desire you are discipline enough to keep going when things get tough, and they will.

#5- Definite dates for those goals- The difference between a goal and a wish is a set date for accomplishment. Have a sound plan, take action now!! Stop procrastinating and take action now.   

#6- Have enthusiasm- Don’t get caught with the ITC “I’m too cool” disease. Don’t let your ego get in the way of this business or you will FAIL!!

#7- Never ever quit!!! NEVER!!! Make it a goal to be in this business a year from now!

#8- Have a written statement of exactly what you want and a date of when you want it by, the price you are going to pay to get it and read your statement every single day twice a day.

Practice makes perfect… you hear it with everything that you do. If you practice enough, you will eventually perfect whatever it is that you are doing.  This is NOT true!!!

Practice does not make perfect, it makes it Permanent!!! 

If you have a horrible golf swing and you practice that horrible golf swing 12hrs a day, 7 days a week, will you get better? NO! You will be permanently sucky. The only way to correct it, is to learn how to swing the perfect swing, and you do that by getting an instructor, and getting lessons on how to hit the ball the perfect way.

So why should it be any different with Network Marketing? 

If you have been doing Network Marketing for years and not getting results than you want, you might want to look into learning how to do it correctly and that means change what you are currently doing! But a lot of people don’t like change so they will continue to go another few years with maybe a few recruits here and there, but they will never be in the top 5% or earn the type of money that they envisioned when they joined, because they don’t want to change.

Do you want to just be good at this business or do you want to be GREAT at this business? Because being good is the enemy of being GREAT! So if you want to be GREAT you cannot be satisfied with being good.
